Beds are large, and honest logistics beat a flat rate that turns out to be wrong. Here is how each option works.
Delivered and placed in the room by our own team. Enter your ZIP code at checkout and we confirm whether you fall inside our delivery radius before the order is finalised.
Collect your finished bed from the workshop. We will confirm a collection window once production is complete.
Pieces that travel disassembled and stay within parcel limits ship by carrier, with the rate calculated at checkout. Full beds and oversized items travel by freight and are quoted before production begins.
We do not publish a shipping rate we cannot stand behind. Packed weights and dimensions differ from piece to piece, and quoting a number before the bed is built only leads to a correction later.
Where a live rate can be calculated, you will see it at checkout. Where it cannot, the order is marked shipping quote required and we confirm the cost in writing before production begins. You are never charged for delivery without agreeing to it first.
Production times shown on each product are estimates. Your confirmed schedule is sent once your design is approved.
